Triple Threat started as a youth initiative in Schalkwijk, where young people are given the opportunity to come into contact with their passion in an accessible way. The Triple Threat project consists of a large group of young people from Schalkwijk who volunteer for the benefit of the project, the neighbourhood and district. Because Triple Threat consists of young people and young adults from Schalkwijk, the activities seamlessly meet the needs of the participants from the district. The Triple Threat project started in 2009 and offers low-threshold activities where young people can get acquainted with the different elements of basketball, dance and lifestyle. Sport is used as a means to activate young people and to work with their passion (in this case sport).
